Every mask is made upon request with customisied sizing. Hence, no refund is allowed.

What are the payment options?

Is the mask free sized?

As much as possible, we try to custom the size accordingly to the user of the mask. We have made sizes for kids size as well. You may send a picture via whatsapp and we will adjust accordingly (eg. wider jaw will mean a slightly bigger mask or smaller face shape will mean a smaller mask). Otherwise, we will have a default size that fits an average adult size.
